Can I place an order over the phone or email?Absolutely! We are happy to take orders over the phone or email and answer any questions you may have about products, service or payment. Once we have confirmed your order we can send a secure pay link to your email address.

I haven't received my confirmation email?Order confirmation emails usually takes around 15 minutes to arrive in your inbox. Please check your junk folder if not received after this time. If you still haven't received your confirmation email after 1 hour, please contact our customer services team to ensure we have received your order. We can then manually issue another confirmation for you.

When will my order be delivered?We aim to contact our customers via telephone/text/email within 24 hours of their order being placed with us. We will then be in touch again to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for delivery and installation. We will never send your order via a third-party courier. You can contact us directly regarding any delivery and/or installation timescales.

Do I need planning permission?Generally speaking, pergolas are considered a permitted development. This means you can construct a garden pergola without obtaining formal planning permission, as long as it meets the following criteria: It must be under 2.5 metres high and not covering more than 50% of your garden However, if it is bigger than this, will be installed on a raised platform, or your home is a listed building, you are more likely to need planning permission and should consult your local council.

Do your pergolas come with a warranty?Our pergolas do come with a warranty. The details of the warranty will vary according to which pergola you have bought: Our Titan pergola range is covered by a 5-year warranty period that covers structural damage and rusting Our Saturn pergola range is covered by a 10-year period parts guarantee, and a 5-year powder coating guarantee. Our Shadow pergola range and all pergola accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty period that covers structural damage Each warranty comes with the following terms and conditions: The warranty will cover any material defects or structural damage noticed upon arrival, damage from product misuse will not be covered Natural wear and tear won’t be covered and nor will defects or damage caused by improper use or extreme weather conditions such as high winds or storms The pergolas should be secured to the ground properly as per our instructions and care guides, otherwise, they will not be covered by warranty. Any adaptations to the product that result in it not performing correctly will not be covered by warranty. Please keep your original receipt or confirmation email to help us to process your return.

Do you supply and fit pergolas?Yes. Emery Outdoor Living offers a professional assembly service to ensure your garden pergola is fitted safely and securely. Our team will deliver and install your pergola on the same visit.
