Order confirmation emails usually take around 15 minutes to arrive in your inbox. Please check your junk folder if not received after this time. If you still haven't received your confirmation email after 1 hour, please contact our customer services team to ensure we have received your order. We can then manually issue another confirmation for you.
We aim to contact our customers via telephone/text/email within 24 hours of their order being placed with us. We will then be in touch again to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for delivery and installation. We will never send your order via a third-party courier. You can contact us directly regarding any delivery and/or installation timescales.
Generally speaking, pergolas are considered a permitted development. This means you can construct a garden pergola without obtaining formal planning permission, as long as it meets the following criteria:
It must be under 2.5 metres high and not covering more than 50% of your garden
However, if it is bigger than this, will be installed on a raised platform, or your home is a listed building, you are more likely to need planning permission and should consult your local council.
Yes, our pergolas come with a warranty. The Titan range has a 5-year warranty for structural damage and rusting. The Saturn range includes a 10-year parts guarantee and a 5-year powder coating guarantee. The Shadow range and accessories have a 1-year warranty for structural damage. Please keep your receipt or confirmation email for warranty claims.
